What exactly is your chicken marinade?

Our chicken marinade includes garlic, salt, and special spices.

Yes, but it is an insignificant amount.

Does your fried chicken contain and dairy products?

Yes. Our breading contains dairy products.

Are your gyros the "real thing"?

Yes. We use the cone (rotisserie) and not the frozen strips like most places use.  Our gyro meat is composed of lamb and spices.

What is the best way to reheat your fried chicken?

Place uncovered fried chicken on a cookie sheet and cook in oven on low setting for 20-30 minutes.
